PEREZ, 34, has made 19 relief appearances for the Blue Jays this season posting a 1-2 record with a 3.69 ERA in 31.2 innings pitched. The 6-0, 170 lb. native of San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic began his Blue Jays career by pitching 22.0 consecutive scoreless innings to establish a club record.

STOREY, 27, returns to the Blue Jays after posting a 0-1 record in 30 relief appearances for Buffalo with an ERA of 2.79. The 6-1, 185 lb. right-handed pitcher appeared in two games for Toronto earlier this season and had an ERA of 7.36 in 3 2/3 innings pitched.
