Blue Jays extend agreement with New Hampshire

The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have extended their player development contract with the NEW HAMPSHIRE FISHER CATS through the 2016 season.

"We are thrilled to extend our agreement with the Fisher Cats organization. Art Solomon (Fisher Cats owner) and Rick Brenner (Fisher Cats President) operate a first class organization which is reflected in the passionate fan base and quality facilities. Our players are fortunate to benefit from the professional atmosphere in Manchester." - Charlie Wilson, Blue Jays Director of Minor League Operations.

The Fisher Cats are the longest running non-club owned affiliate in the organization, being a Blue Jays partner since the 2004 season. During their affiliation, the Fisher Cats have won two Eastern League Championships in 2004 and 2011.
